How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was living north of Houston, Texas in the mid 70's and working at the Woodlands Inn and Conference Center when it openned. Supplying the meeting rooms with audio, video and projection equipment (AV) was part of our job. I found I had an affinity for the AV, ended up with a lead role in that area and have stayed with it ever since.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Better people. Better Products. Better Service. Better Solutions.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
ITA has 40 outlets and yes, we have plans to expand.

SOUTHBOUND I-71: Take Dana Avenue (Exit 5) to traffic light at top of ramp. Look right. ITA sits on the corner. Turn right then up Floral Avenue and into our off-street parking lot. NORTHBOUND I-71: Take Dana Avenue (Exit 5) to traffic light at top of ramp. Turn left onto Duckcreek Road. Turn left onto Dana Avenue, cross over I-71 then right onto Floral Avenue to ITA's off-street parking lot.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, VISA, MC, AMX, Checks with sufficient ID, and "on account" with approved credit.
Which areas do you service?
Services are currently available in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Texas, Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, Pennsylvanioa, Connecticut and New Jersey.
