These folks came out and did our deck washing and sealing.. The price was very affordable and the quality of work was higher than what we expected. We own 2 large apartment complexes and they are now going to start on all of those decks next week. I would suggest you call them if you need deck work done

We have been in business since 1982
What is your primary product or service?
our primary service is pressure washing of all types and deck renovations including all types of deck repairs
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
This business was started when I was just out of high school and living in Norwood Ohio. The General Motors plant there was in the process of shutting down so there were no jobs and the economy was bad. A friend of the family wanted her deck her deck sealed and I have been doing it ever since. We now have several crews working every day and strive to be the best of the best
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are different than most companies because we are still small enough to care about each customer as though we know them personally yet big enough to get the jobs all done in a timely manner
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We do now have a second location in the Daytona Florida area that opened in October of 2014 and is doing well
Provide detailed directions to your location
We do not have a big fancy office because we come to you. This allows us to keep our prices somewhat lower
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept checks and cash. we never have taken credit cards because we would have to pass the fees on to the customer in higher prices
Which areas do you service?
we serve all areas within 50 miles of downtown Cincinnati
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I ( William Jones ) am the sole owner and daily operations are run by myself and our job supervisor named Chuck
What are your hours of operation?
we are typically open from 8 am till 6pm Monday through Friday. We do work weekends occasionally if you set it up a week ahead
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
I think one of the best compliments we can be given in about our professionalism and our ability to make your deck look almost new again

Our company motto is we are the best of the best and if we don't serve the customer, someone else will
