My first job was in the food industry, and I have enjoyed that type of work over all other positions I have every had.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Food Quality & Customer Service are at the top of the list. Mio's has a core menu, but allows each location to be creative in generating specials for that location only in order to keep things fresh and exciting.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
