What is your primary product or service?
Home Inspections & small commercial buildings
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
2001 I started into the mortgage business as a loan officer, then purchased, rehabbed and sold 15 homes with another company & while also buying and rehabbing personal homes 10 of them over the last 14 years, so 25 altogether always enjoyed watching home inspectors critique the home, so I started an inspection company in NKY in 2007 but moved around and now reside in Milford.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I give a portion of every inspection to four different local charities & Police officers, firefighters & Veterans or Military will get $50 off each inspection.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location now and yes the five year plan is to make Good Eye Home Inspections a National franchise
