Crime scene, hoarding, and accidental death cleaning
This company is being built to serve our customers in two distinct ways. First, it will be our duty to come in after a horrible event has occurred and take care of any biohazard left in the wake of the event. Second, and just as important, it will be our duty to support the customer with the on call minister and our “after event care package.”
Mission Statement: Bio-Star’s mission is to clean and restore any and all affected property and to always support our customers with the Christian faith and understanding in their time of need.
Company Goals and Objectives: It is our goal to become the most reputable crime scene and biohazard cleanup company in the Cincinnati tri-state area.
Business Philosophy: It will be our promise to always put the customer first. To always remember that our customers have been through one of the worst times of their lives. We will treat our customers as our family. We will always focus on the best possible cleaning job, but never forget to stop and support our customer in any way possible. We also promise to never use pictures of any scene to promote our business as others in this field have. We will keep our Lord in the forefront to help support our customers, therefore we will have a minister on call for our customers.

Interview Q&A
How long have you been in business?
We are a start up business, but have may years of experience in law enforcement, maintenance, and cleaning.
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary service is cleaning up after a traumatic event, such as a crime scene, unattended death, suicide, or hoarding. All technicians are trained with biohazard waste and PPE (personal protective equipment).
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
While I was in law enforcement there were occasions where a traumatic death had occurred and the clean up was left to the family or land owner. That is just not right. We created this business so people in our area have someone they can turn to.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are different from all others because we are here to clean up the bad memories and restore the good memories. We have a care basket for each of our customers at the end of the clean up. We also have an on call minister for any customer who wishes to have someone to talk to. We are a Christian based company so we hope to help by not only cleaning but by also comforting.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We will expand when the need arises.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We come to you.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept most insurance, cash, checks, and credit card payments. For those self payers, we can set you up on a payment plan if it is needed.
Which areas do you service?
We serve from Cincinnati, OH to Portsmouth, OH. From Lexington, KY, to Dayton, OH, and all points in between.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
We are a partnership of 3 life long friends that are trying to make a difference for people that are probably going through one of the worst times in their life.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a years. We are here when you need us.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
"Thank you." Just knowing we made things a little easier in a difficult time makes it all worth it.
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
2 Corinthians 5:6-8 So we are always of good courage. We know that while we are at home in the body we are away from the Lord, for we walk by faith, not by sight. Yes, we are of good courage, and we would rather be away from the body and at home with the Lord.
