How long have you been in business?
Ive been in the business of cleaning carpet since 98',started my own company in January 2013
What is your primary product or service?
Carpet cleaning and maintenance, preferably on a weekly or monthly basis, depending of size of cleaning areas
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started out looking for a part time job, which lead to full time. I have been cleaning carpets for 15 years
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I've done this for 15 years usually working alone but when working with someone else i notice, that some are afraid to get down to where the spots are and take the necessary treatment to insure a good job.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Im just getting my foot in the door, so to speak. I have one location for now and as business grow and it will and i'm satisfied that the first location can stand alone, I will seek additional locations as needed.

After the job is completed a invoice of what was done, how much was done, then the customer can remit payment by mail,credit card
