Lot Acquisition - Purchasing a lot or parcel or land, Buyer Representation - building process representation, Builder/Developer Sales and Marketing, Site Development - land development services
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
In 2010, Mike obtained an MBA from the University of Cincinnati in Marketing and shortly thereafter, moved to Cape Town, South Africa to consult for the Vidamo Group, a Norwegian-based Mobile Marketing Agency. He assisted in development and sale of their mobile marketing technology, which has since become the main platform for REMAX worldwide as well as many other international brokerage companies. Since returning to Cincinnati, Mike has been vital in the creation of the New Homes and Land Division at Coldwell Banker West Shell. His diverse array of experience in only a few short years has helped him to best serve his clients in unique and useful ways.
