How long have you been in business?
I've been practicing law for over 22 years and opened my own firm in 1993.
What is your primary product or service?
Since we are a full-service law firm, we handle a variety of legal issues. Much of our caseload includes bankruptcy, family law, personal injury, estate planning, and small business representation.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I find it very satisfying to help people resolve problems they may be facing in their personal lives and business relationships. Making a living by being a lawyer is icing on the cake, but what I really enjoy most is getting a thank you note from one of my clients when it’s all over.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Everyone at our firm works hard every day to provide the best PERSONAL SERVICE to each client. We feel it is not enough to do a good job in the courtroom. We believe each client has the right to get their phone calls returned promptly, to be kept informed about the status of their case, to have legal issues explained to them and to understand exactly what the fees will be. We strive to do this in every case. Each of our six attorneys concentrates his/her practice in one or two areas, while as a firm, we can serve several needs of our clients.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have five locations: Downtown Cincinnati, Beechmont, West Chester, Dayton, and Florence, Kentucky. When we open a new location, we're happy to be welcomed into the community and better serve our clients.

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Which areas do you service?
The Greater Cincinnati areas of Hamilton, Butler, Clermont, Brown, and Scioto Counties Dayton and Montgomery, Greene, Preble, Clinton and Warren counties Northern Kentucky including Kenton, Campbell, Boone and Grant coumties
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I am both owner and attorney, and each member of my staff pitches in to serve our clients and run daily operations.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturday: 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
