How long have you been in business?
Over 30 years in the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area. Many may remember us from our days next to Pompilio's in Newport. We are now in Erlanger, still close to downtown.
What is your primary product or service?
All kinds of great shoes, shoe care items, socks, shoe trees, you name it.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
A combined over 75 years of experience in the shoe business for everyone at Shoe Palace.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are often told we are the last of the "old time shoe stores", where you park at the door, greeted by name, and we will spend whatever time it takes to get the right shoe for you. Lots of people like our hard to find sizes.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
one, no expansion yet so we can focus on a large inventory.
Provide detailed directions to your location
Minutes from downtown Cincinnati and all areas in Northern Kentucky, we are off 275 at the Crestview Town Center exit, just a half mile from there.
What type of payments do you accept?
All major credit cards, check, cash.
Which areas do you service?
The greater Cincinnati area, but we accept phone orders from the US.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Our staff has years of experience and like a family owned business, everyone runs all aspects of the operation.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday to Friday, 10 am to 7 pm Saturdays 10 am to 5 pm
