What is your primary product or service?
Selling POS Systems such as QUORiON/OPTiMA POS Systems (http://www.quorion.de/) along with the Royal TS4240 TouchScreen System.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started in the cash register business with Eriksen Business Machines back in 1982 while still attending Kent State after graduating in 1983. I moved to Jacksonville. Florida where I worked for Best Cash Registers and Taylor Business Machines after about five years there, I went to work at NationsBank. I worked for them for about six years. I moved back to Ohio in 1993, where, I went to work for Ohio Cash Registers out of Cleveland/Medina, Ohio. I was laid off after six years so I decided to return to banking for about three years working at US Bank. I received an opportunity to work for Business Data Systems providing live customer support to the Ohio school cafeteria's. After they were sold I was laid off so, I went into business for myself full time.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Excellent customer service, great equipment and over 25 years of experience
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
anywhere my two feet and 4 wheels can take me!
