This business has twice served us well with our tank less hot water heater in our RV. First we had an issue with it overheating due to weather and they explained the problem, replaced the part for free despite it being past warranty and told us exactly how to prevent the problem in the future. Then we had a power surge and the unit had a problem with not making enough hot water. We emailed them and the service manager called and talked my husband through fixing the problem and resetting the unit so it worked properly again at no cost to us. We are big fans of this wonderful company who provides excellent customer service that you just can't find anymore these days.
