this property was under some pretty bad management! Now that it is under new management the place is much better. It is a small community where the neighbors look out for one another. Quiet and peaceful. Biggest complaint is they seem to have maintenance issues from time to time but they address the big maintenance issues like leaking sinks, it just takes some time for things like fixing ceiling fans. As a whole this is a nice place to live.
